Cosplayer Feature: Emerii!

Emely, aka Emerii has been cosplaying since 2012, after learning about the hobby in 2009. In 2013, she picked up a sewing machine and crafted her first cosplay, Sailor Fluttershy (MLP).

When searching for cosplay-related things, Emeruui’s number one go-to place is Amazon.com. A lot of cosplayers can probably relate to that, since Amazon has so many resources within it, and it’s easy to search. If you’re working on a cosplay, Emerii offers the following advice: Plan ahead, and don’t wait until the last minute! Also be creative and have fun!

Emerii’s favorite convention/cosplay event is Animazement. She loves the crowd, friendly atmosphere, and meeting lots of new people there. “I'm normally a really, really shy person,” she says, “but in cosplay, I'm really a social butterfly!” She also enjoys cosplay gatherings about as much as conventions.

    Thanks for sharing；I am very interested in Cosplaying since 2012 which is the first year of College life, I have tried to DIY costume ,honestly speaking, it's very very hard. To prepared my costume for the coming comic con, i have made a purchase from Cosplaysky UK introduced by my roomates, next time i would try amazon for sure.
